Sales & Administrative Support – 50% Position

We’re looking for a Sales Support superstar to join our team and help turn our HubSpot CRM into a smooth, smart, and efficient machine

This role is perfect for someone who loves data, automations, and processes — and enjoys being the heartbeat of the sales and marketing teams.

What will you do?

• Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM – contacts, deals, tasks, and data accuracy
• Build and improve Workflows & Sequences
• Generate reports and dashboards, and analyze data for real business impact
• Work with complementary tools such as Outlook, Zapier, Eventbrite
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements
• Provide support and training for users
  
  

• A student in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Data Analysis (2nd–3rd year students)
• Service-oriented, curious, accurate, and analytical
• Fast learner and highly organized
• Proficient in Excel
• Advantage: experience with HubSpot or building automations
