Electrical Team Leader – Industrial Plant (Process Industry)

Join a leading industrial company and lead our Electrical Team, driving professional development and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the electrical team and oversee professional training and development.
Full responsibility for maintenance of plant facilities, including production-support equipment (BOP).
Plan and execute annual maintenance programs: planned, corrective, preventive, and predictive.
Daily operations in SAP: scheduling, prioritization, and reporting.
Provide support to Mechanical, Control, and Cyber departments on electrical matters.
Coordinate with external vendors and maintenance contractors.

Requirements:

Electrical Engineer – mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial process plants (power plant experience is a strong advantage).
Deep knowledge of electrical equipment in power plants: generators, transformers, exciters, motors, switchgears, and emergency systems.
Ability to read and update electrical drawings.
Project management experience – generator and transformer refurbishments, electrical system upgrades, etc.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, high availability, and readiness for demanding work.
