Electrical Team Leader – Industrial Plant (Process Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the electrical team and oversee professional training and development.
• Full responsibility for maintenance of plant facilities, including production-support equipment (BOP).
• Plan and execute annual maintenance programs: planned, corrective, preventive, and predictive.
• Daily operations in SAP: scheduling, prioritization, and reporting.
• Provide support to Mechanical, Control, and Cyber departments on electrical matters.
• Coordinate with external vendors and maintenance contractors.

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineer – mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial process plants (power plant experience is a strong advantage).
• Deep knowledge of electrical equipment in power plants: generators, transformers, exciters, motors, switchgears, and emergency systems.
• Ability to read and update electrical drawings.
• Project management experience – generator and transformer refurbishments, electrical system upgrades, etc.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, high availability, and readiness for demanding work.
