Supplier overall management:

Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP system and follow up until goods/services are received to the WH, including repair parts.
Finding creative solutions for different problems regarding the orders: prices, delivery dates, etc.
Sourcing & scouting for new suppliers
On going negotiations
contracts& Supplier audits if needed.
Wide Knowledge of bill of material/Engineering change
Producing reports and analyses for different activities
Multiple work interfaces within the organization

Requirements:

B.A degree
2-3 years of experience in purchasing.
Experience in ERP systems.
Procurement in a variety of different commodities.
Experience in closing strategic contracts with suppliers – an advantage.
Experience from a global organization - an advantage.
Oracle / Netsuite system experience - an advantage.
Fluent English.
