Senior AI Product Designer JB-4678

We are an AI-native GRC platform seeking our first full-time Senior AI Product Designer.

We’re seeking a fully hands-on designer who can combine exceptional visual craft and UX clarity with deep curiosity about AI-driven interactions.

What You’ll Do:

● Lead the end-to-end design of AI-powered product experiences across key workflows.

● Translate abstract AI behaviors and outputs into intuitive, clear, and explainable UX patterns.

● Partner with Product to transform customer insights into impactful design decisions.

● Shape the visual and interaction language across the product, establishing design consistency, simplicity, and trust.

● Lay the foundation for our design system to support scale and speed.

● Stay current with design trends, AI interaction paradigms, and UX research around explainability and trust.

5+ years designing SaaS products (preferably with AI or complex workflows).

Strong ownership and ability to drive execution independently.

Expertise in user-centered design: research, testing, and turning insights into decisions.

Mastery of Figma and modern design tools.

Excellent collaboration with PMs, engineers, and AI teams.

Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

Data-informed mindset; experience with product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).

Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and outcomes.
