🎯 Required Experience:
• Proven experience leading complex digital products: vision, roadmap, requirements, backlog, development, and launch.
• Experience driving large-scale digital transformation in big organizations or the public sector.
• Strong understanding of government processes and ability to work within regulatory constraints.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makers.

• Lead end-to-end product strategy in complex digital ecosystems
• Build product roadmaps and drive execution with dev, design, and data teams
• Promote digital innovation, remove blockers, and push meaningful transformation
• Work with senior stakeholders across ministries, public organizations, and tech teams
• Integrate AI capabilities and cutting-edge technologies into national platforms 🤖⚡

🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in product management, including 3+ in complex digital products
• Experience defining vision, roadmap, specs, and backlog ownership
• Strong background in digital transformation & change management
• Stakeholder management at senior/governmental levels
• Academic degree OR recognized tech unit background (Mamram / 8200 / etc.) 🎓
