Performance Marketing Manager

Global On Media is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our established online media company. You will own multi-channel acquisition, creative, and funnel performance across our global portfolio of publisher and affiliate sites in the finance vertical. 

Responsibilities 

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible of creating, optimizing, and continuously testing ad, email marketing, and overall marketing performance funnels.  

Your primary focus is managing multilanguage global campaigns, maintaining budgets, and delivering high-quality traffic. 

• Manage and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Bing, Taboola, and additional channels 
• Own campaign development end-to-end, creative, development and testing 
• Manage Wix landing pages and implement funnel improvements 
• Develop and operate email marketing campaigns and automations 
• Manage and optimize our AI chatbot 
• Utilize AI tools to improve campaign performance, creative output, and operational efficiency 
• Work closely with the marketing team across global markets 
• Identify trends, analyze results, and drive actionable insights 
• Stay current with performance marketing trends, tools, and opportunities 

Requirements 

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing PPC/performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Bing, and Taboola – Must 
• Experience with email marketing funnels and automation 
• Affiliate, publishing or finance vertical background 
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance KPIs 
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, reporting tools 
• Experience utilizing AI tools for marketing workflows – Advantage 
• Experience with Wix site management – Advantage 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment 
• Creative thinker with attention to detail 
• Self-starter, motivated, and a strong team player 
• Strong Excel skills 
• Exceptional communication skills in English 
• English fluency; additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French) – advantage
