Observability Engineer

🌐🌐 We're Hiring – Platform Administrator / Observability Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Platform Administrator to join our Integration & Observability team.

This role involves managing, operating, and monitoring a large-scale, mission-critical integration platform used across the organization.

Position Highlights:

• Direct work with internal customers: designing, onboarding, and configuring new services

• Troubleshooting complex production issues

• Continuous monitoring and proactive maintenance using Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)

• Managing and maintaining core integration components: API Gateways, Agents, GWs, and additional infrastructure layers

• Working with third-party technologies such as Kafka, messaging systems, databases, FTP servers, and web servers

• Contributing to the next-generation AI-driven observability layer

• Extensive scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell, PHP

Requirements:

• Strong operational mindset and willingness to support customers, including on non-standard hours – must

• Ability to switch between customer-facing support and infrastructure-level development – must

• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python/Bash/PS) and infrastructure technologies (databases, Docker, Kubernetes) – must

• Fast self-learner with the ability to install, configure, and administer new technologies – must

• Solid understanding of protocols such as SOAP, JSON, XML – must

• System-level experience with Linux/Windows – advantage

• Experience with Observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) – advantage

• Previous DevOps experience – advantage

• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
