Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping stakeholders across marketing, product, and operations understand player behavior, campaign performance, and platform health. You’ll transform raw data into intuitive dashboards and reports that empower decision-making across the business.

Mandatory requirements:

• At least 5 years work experience in the iGaming industry (Social casino; B2C online casino; Sweep stakes; Sportsbook / Sports betting)
• Built and mentored a team of data analysts

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Working days: Monday to Friday

Time zone: GMT+1 till GMT +4

Location: UK / Malta / Cyprus / Gibraltar / Poland / Isreal / Germany

Salary offered: up to EUR 67K / USD 79K gross per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations for operational and strategic reporting.
• Analyze player data, game performance, and retention trends to identify key opportunities and risks.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Develop and automate data pipelines and reporting processes in collaboration with the data engineering team.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Confidence in presenting to all levels of management

Requirements:

• Proven experience (6+ years) as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst, ideally within gaming, gambling, or online entertainment.
• Advanced proficiency with Tableau — building dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, and data blending.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.
• Clear communication and presentation skills — ability to turn data into compelling stories.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python, R, or another scripting language for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Understanding of player segmentation, LTV, churn, and responsible gaming metrics.
