We’re looking for a strategic VP of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts across multiple brands and drive growth, acquisition, and engagement at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the global marketing strategy in alignment with business goals
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across key disciplines (growth, content, brand, creative)
• Define and manage the acquisition and retention roadmaps, leveraging paid and organic channels to drive quality trader sign-ups
• Position our brands as leaders in the trading and financial markets space through clear messaging and storytelling
• Oversee content and education initiatives tailored for traders at all levels
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate marketing impact and ROI
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Community teams on go-to-market plans
• Represent the company at trading events and within relevant communities

Requirements:

• Experience in B2C marketing within Gaming, trading, Ad tech, or online platforms.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership in a growth-stage company
• Proven ability to scale marketing operations and drive measurable growth
• Strong understanding of trader psychology and community engagement
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing and funnel optimization
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Native or fluent English
