Senior Content Manager

yad2 is building a unified, modern Content Hub that will bring together several existing content environments into one

coherent, valuable experience.

We’re looking for a Senior Content Lead (Hands-On) who will own and drive this transformation.

You’ll define what the content experience should be, guide Product on how to support it, understand PRDs, and produce BRDs for content-related needs, while also creating high quality content yourself. This role blends strategic thinking, strong collaboration with Product, and hands-on editorial creation.

What You’ll Own

Content Hub Ownership & Unification

• Lead the transition from multiple disconnected content areas to one unified content platform
• Define structure, taxonomy, navigation, and content logic
• Build the roadmap for the Content Hub based on user behavior and business needs
• Ensure the hub stays fresh, relevant, and high-quality at all times

Product Collaboration (PRD/BRD Expertise)

• Understand PRDs and work closely with Product to shape how content appears in the UI/UX
• Produce clear BRDs for content needs, new modules, formats, and flows
• Influence early discovery processes to ensure content receives the right place in the experience
• Translate content strategy into actionable product requirements

Hands-On Content Creation

• Write articles, guides, and long-form content in Hebrew
• Produce content independently or through freelancers and partners
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and content creation
• Maintain editorial consistency and high standards

Content Strategy & Benchmarking

• Research global content platforms and identify best practices
• Analyze newsletter structures, content ecosystems, and editorial formats
• Bring insights that shape Yad2’s future content experience
• Build a content roadmap backed by data, research, and trends

Marketing & Lifecycle Content

• Create content for newsletters, CRM campaigns, automation flows, and lifecycle journeys
• Write B2B materials, presentations, and product explanations
• Support marketing narratives across campaigns and verticals

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with Product, Growth, CRM, Creative, and external writers
• Rally teams behind a unified content strategy
• Ensure a consistent content voice across all touchpoints

Who You Are

• 6+ years in content writing, editorial work, or content strategy
• Native-level Hebrew writer; clear, structured, fast
• Comfortable reading PRDs and creating BRDs when needed
• Experience in tech/digital/high-growth environments
• Hands-on creator who loves both writing and building
• Research-driven; curious about global benchmarks
• Collaborative and influential without formal authority
• Organized, proactive, and excited to shape something new
