Incident Response Team Leader
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Incident Response Team Leader to join a global cybersecurity team. In this role, you will lead a team of IR and forensic specialists, manage high-impact incidents, and drive threat hunting, malware analysis, and forensic investigations for international clients.

📌 Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4–6 IR and forensic specialists across multiple projects.
- Take ownership of advanced incidents including ransomware, APTs, insider threats, and OT-related attacks.
- Conduct full-scope forensic investigations and develop new IR methodologies.
- Coordinate with client IT/security teams during active incidents.
- Mentor and upskill team members, fostering research and technical excellence.
- Balance hands-on incident handling with project and team leadership.
✅ Requirements
✔️ 3+ years of management experience in IR, SOC, or related cybersecurity teams
✔️ Proven experience in end-to-end incident response and threat detection
✔️ Deep understanding of attack lifecycles, vectors, and operational incident handling
✔️ Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux environments, Python/SQL scripting, IR tools, and SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight)
✔️ Ability to manage real-time incidents in dynamic, high-pressure environments
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English (must)
✔️ Advantage: Threat Hunting, Reverse Engineering, international client experience
