Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the organization’s IT strategy and annual work plan.
Manage IT teams including infrastructure, support, and project management.
Ensure availability, security, and maintenance of all information systems.
Oversee budgeting, cost planning, and technology investments.
Lead cross-organizational IT projects: needs analysis, solution selection, implementation, and monitoring.
Manage hybrid environments and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure).
Supervise backup systems, disaster recovery (DRP), and business continuity.
Drive technological improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications in IT / Infrastructure / Project Management (CIO, CISO – strong advantage).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT systems.
At least 2 years in a managerial role leading technical teams.
Proven experience in IT/software/infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge in:
Hardware and network infrastructure
Windows servers and virtualization
Information security and databases
Cloud systems (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
Backup and DRP solutions
BI tools (advantage)
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
High-level Hebrew and technical English proficiency.
