CTO – Robotics, Embedded Systems & AI (Founding Team)Stealth

We are an early stage robotics and AI company building next gen tools for robotic systems. Our vision is to create a platform that dramatically accelerates how robotics products are developed, programmed, and deployed. We combine expertise in embedded engineering, intelligent systems, and modern AI to rethink the robotics development experience from the ground up.

We are now looking for a founding CTO who can lead the technical direction, build the core architecture, and shape the long term engineering culture.

As CTO, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's technology strategy. You’ll architect the full stack of the product.

This position is highly hands on and suited for someone who enjoys working close to hardware, embedded codebases, and modern machine learning algorithms and tools.

• Define and own the technical roadmap and end to end architecture
• Develop and maintain embedded systems, firmware, and hardware level software for robotic applications
• Build scalable backend infrastructure and internal developer tools
• Lead development NN architecture and algorithms that enhance robotic development and system intelligence
• Establish engineering best practices, testing strategies, and reliability standards
• Represent technology vision in investor, partner, and strategic discussions

• Strong background in embedded engineering: microcontrollers, firmware design, RTOS, peripheral programming, low level debugging, C/C++
• Professional experience in robotics: sensors, actuators, control systems, hardware software interfacing, various robotic platforms
• Experience with AI / deep learning: neural networks, data pipelines, model training, and deploying ML to edge or cloud environments
• Full-stack systems architecture skills: ability to design robust architectures from scratch
• Proven ability to ship complex technical products
• Leadership qualities: ability to build teams, set standards, and drive execution

• Experience with ROS/ROS2, Robotics control development
• Exposure to simulation tools (Isaac Sim, Omniverse, Simulink, etc.)
• Hardware prototyping or robotics research experience
• Previous startup or founding engineer background
