Help Desk part - time Position at a Global Company!

We are looking for a dedicated Helpdesk Representative to join our global team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, international environment with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Support: Providing technical support in both English and Hebrew (handling approximately 270 tickets/calls per month).
• Hot Technologies: Supporting cutting-edge platforms, including Okta, Zscaler, and AWS Secure Workspace environments.
• End-User Management: Handling hardware/software issues for both Mac and Windows users, along with user management and provisioning processes.

 Hybrid position (work from home twice a week) at Convenient Hours for Students/Flexibility:

• Sunday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (13:00 – 18:00)
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (09:00 – 14:00)

• High proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
•  Knowledge and experience in providing End-User Support (Mac and Windows) Must !
