NOC Team Leader

Ness is looking for an experienced NOC Team Leader to join a large, fast-paced organization and lead its central monitoring center.

Full-time position.

Role Responsibilities:

• Leading monitoring activities, incident detection, and first-line response.

• Conducting incident reviews, improving processes, and preventing recurrence.

• Daily collaboration with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Development, and Support teams.

• Managing service reports (SLA, availability, incident trends).

• Training new employees and developing the team’s professional capabilities.

• Implementing and integrating monitoring tools, automation, and dashboards.

• Command center management during operational events.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of technological experience in communication infrastructure and/or System within a large organization (1,000+ users).

• Strong knowledge of monitoring and control systems, especially central monitoring consoles and NOC environments.

• Solid understanding of core NOC workflows and interfaces with internal/external support tiers.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a NOC in a large, distributed organization (1,000+ users).
