Product Manager

One of our clients, an innovative company developing advanced Digital Twin platforms, is looking to hire a Product Manager to lead the development of a 3D simulation and digital factory solution. The company provides AI-driven tools for enterprises in telecom, renewable energy, and industrial sectors to create accurate digital representations of complex field assets—enabling smarter operations, predictive maintenance, and better decision-making.

This role is ideal for a product leader with a strong understanding of 3D modeling technologies (BIM/CAD) and real-world engineering workflows, who can translate technical complexity into a scalable, user-focused product.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for a 3D simulation and modeling platform.
• Work closely with R&D, UI/UX, and business stakeholders to translate market needs into product features.
• Lead discovery, define detailed product requirements, and prioritize features based on impact.
• Collaborate with internal and external users to ensure the product supports real-world operational needs.
• Communicate product strategy clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
• Monitor product adoption, collect feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company.
• Proven experience working with 3D simulation, BIM, or CAD tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Blender.
• Background in software development or deep understanding of engineering/R&D workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Experience building products from the ground up.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Availability for occasional travel (quarterly).
