Software Engineer - CX (Hybrid)

Meet the Team

We are a group of backend developers responsible for building and maintaining core services that power the platform. We design APIs, work with microservices, collaborate closely with other development and SRE teams, and ensure our systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure. You’ll join a team of experienced engineers, working in a collaborative environment that values learning, impact, and technical excellence.

Your Impact

You will take part in developing and maintaining production-grade backend services, including:

• Designing and implementing backend services and REST APIs
• Participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design sessions
• Writing robust, tested, and maintainable code
• Working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Supporting continuous improvement in development processes and tooling
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 4+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, NodeJS, Go, etc.)
• Experience developing APIs and microservices architectures
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Express.js, or similar
• Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and observability tools
• Strong ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
