We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and manage all aspects of maintenance, machinery, facilities, and preventive/corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of maintenance operations, including machinery, facilities, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams at a managerial level.
• Develop and monitor annual and multi-year maintenance plans.
• Manage maintenance budgets: planning, control, and reporting to management.
• Handle real-time breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in maintenance and operations.
• Work with suppliers and oversee procurement of equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, workplace safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience in maintenance, operations, or facility management – mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Technical/engineering education – advantage.
• Strategic thinking and hands-on approach.
