One of my top clients, a global industrial company based in Karmiel, is hiring a Team Leader – Embedded Firmware to lead a talented hardware development team (10 engineers) and take part in building the next generation of the company’s products.

🔧 What will you be doing?

• Manage and lead a team of 10 Embedded Hardware Engineers
• Develop hardware and software for advanced microcontrollers, including multi-core systems
• Work on user interfaces, communication protocols, feedback control loops, and digital signal processing
• Hands-on debugging using advanced lab tools: oscilloscopes, signal generators, protocol analyzers, etc.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, project managers, and other departments
• Be part of a fast-paced, diverse and innovative work environment

🎯 Must-have qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Electronics / Software Engineering / Computer Science – required
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Embedded development – required
• At least 3 years leading a hardware development team – required
• Fluent English – speaking, reading, writing – required
• High-level technical understanding and strong analytical skills

🌟 Nice to have:

• Experience with multi-core ARM processors
• Familiarity with protocols like RS232/485, USB, LAN, EtherCAT, Modbus, and others
• Experience in digital feedback control loop design
