Role Overview:
Lead and manage Major Incidents, coordinate technical teams, prioritize actions, and ensure rapid restoration of critical services. Conduct root cause investigations, document findings, track remediation plans, and communicate status to executives, project managers, vendors, and technical teams.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience, including managing technical teams.
- Proven experience in Major Incident Management – must.
- Experience performing RCA and using structured investigation methodologies – strong advantage.
- Background working with multiple stakeholders in large organizations.
- Familiarity with monitoring and control systems.
