Cyber Defense Specialist

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Cyber Defense Specialist for a major government organization

Role Overview:

Lead the design, implementation, and integration of cyber-defense solutions across spectrum-based technologies. The role focuses on securing satellite communications, GNSS-based systems, and other cyber-sensitive infrastructures, working closely with security, networking, and infrastructure teams. Responsibilities include planning and deploying secure communication networks, performing tuning and validation, maintaining spectrum-cyber systems, and collaborating with diverse technology units such as communications, telephony, CTI, and IVR.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in networking, communications, or cyber domains.
• Practical knowledge of wireless communication technologies and security solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, independence, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Advantage: experience with GNSS-based systems or satellite communication technologies.
