Quality Assurance Lead

Agilite is hiring a QA Leader to join our Operations team. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for building and owning Agilite’s global quality framework.

The QA Leader ensures that all products, processes, and suppliers meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and compliance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the company. The main mission of this role is to lead Agilite to the next level of quality assurance, elevating our standards to meet and exceed the most rigorous international benchmarks.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in quality systems (such as ISO 9001, U.S. compliance, MIL-SPEC, EN308), a track record of leading audits and compliance programs, and the ability to translate standards into practical tools, processes, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, design, and manage Agilite’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
• Define and enforce QA processes, procedures, protocols, and documentation across factories, suppliers, and warehouses.
• Serve as the company’s central knowledge hub for quality assurance, standards, and the integrity of materials and information the company relies on.
• Supervise quality inspections (AQL, visual, dimensional, functional) and ensure consistency across global supply chain operations.
• Own and maintain quality documentation, including QA manuals, TechPacks, and production guidelines.
• Partner with R&D on product testing, specifications, and material selection to reach Agilite’s quality and branding standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, strengthen supplier compliance, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure products and packaging information (physical and digital) is accurate, compliant, and consistent with Agilite’s standards.
• Act as the company’s authority on quality, providing leadership, training, and guidance across teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in manufacturing (preferably textiles, tactical gear, or regulated industries) or similar.
• Proven leadership experience managing quality systems and cross-functional QA projects.
• Basic knowledge of ISO’s, audits, and additional standards (As: MIL-SPEC, EN308, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in leading audits, compliance programs, and corrective action processes.
• Hands-on experience with QA documentation, testing protocols, and inspection methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
• Highly structured and organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally represent Agilite in front of suppliers, auditors, and external partners.
• Fluent English – verbal and written.

Advantages:

• Engineering or technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Management).
• Experience leading QA in multi-site, international manufacturing environments.
• Background in tactical gear, textiles, or other regulated/technical products.
• Exposure to ERP systems, QA automation tools, and data-driven quality dashboards.
• Knowledge of advanced quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, SPC) is a plus.
