Bookkeeper

Particle for Men is a dynamic and innovative men's grooming brand based in Tel Aviv. We're dedicated to empowering men to look and feel their best through high-quality grooming products and exceptional customer experiences.

We are expanding our finance team and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bookkeeper. The role includes full end-to-end responsibility for managing suppliers, working with vendors in Israel and abroad, handling invoices, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, and ongoing monitoring of payments and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices, matching them to purchase orders, and verifying data accuracy.
• Executing payments to local and international suppliers according to timelines and contractual terms.
• Managing and monitoring supplier accounts in the accounting system.
• Performing bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations.
• Tracking internal and budgetary approvals.
• Providing professional support to suppliers and company employees.
• Improving internal accounting and control processes.

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper level 2/3 – required.
• Full proficiency in Priority accounting software.
• Good command of Excel.
• Good level of English (reading and writing).
• High sense of responsibility, organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
