AI Solution Engineer

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer to join our growing Internal AI innovation group- someone who’s passionate about bridging technology, automation, and real-world business impact. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting agentic AI solutions across our internal platforms.

About The Role

• Lead the implementation and support of scalable AI workflows and automations, working directly with our AI Champions community to turn business needs into production-ready agentic flows and partnering with engineering and data teams as required.
• Work closely with our AI Champions- a growing community of business users building agentic flows for their own needs — empowering them to create, test, and scale their automations
• Support and enhance AI-powered tools, such as Relevance and n8n, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Build, configure, and deploy AI agents and automation flows to address complex business use cases
• Translate business needs into technical architecture, implementation plans, and cookbooks that non-engineers can follow
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve the performance of AI-driven processes
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and educator, running enablement sessions, creating examples, and helping Champions build safely and effectively
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience
• You have a strong background in automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Airflow, workato.)
• You’re fluent in data processes- from integration to transformation and delivery
• You have hands-on experience building AI agents or AI-integrated solutions (n8n, relevance, etc)
• You thrive in environments that combine enablement, education, and innovation, guiding others to build smarter solutions
• You have excellent communication skills and a passion for translating technical concepts into real-world impact
  
  

• Experience with Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval pipelines
• Experience in creating enablement programs or internal developer communities
