ETL Developer – Leading Public Healthcare Organization

Location: Central Israel (Hybrid model)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join a large public healthcare organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ETL processes for the organization’s Data Warehouse (DWH), with a strong focus on performance optimization and process efficiency.

You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to implement business requirements and deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for the organization’s DWH.
• Optimize and enhance ETL performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective data processes.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in ETL/ELT development and maintenance.
• Proven experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools – an advantage for DataStage or SSIS.
• Strong understanding of DWH models and multidimensional modeling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with new technologies.

Advantages:

• Experience with Elasticsearch (queries, optimization, and index management).
• Experience with MongoDB, including Aggregation Pipelines.
• Familiarity with Kafka.
