IT System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT System Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting users both remotely and on-site, and ensuring stable and secure operation of systems and networks across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site support for Windows 11, Windows Server 2016/2019, and Office applications.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Office 365, and SharePoint.
• Perform troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripherals across desktop and laptop environments.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routing, and connectivity.
• Set up and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring performance and uptime.
• Manage backups, monitoring tools, and automation scripts (PowerShell).
• Conduct audits for IT equipment, software licenses, and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical solutions and support business needs.
• Assist in logistics operations such as shipping documentation, customs clearance, and compliance forms (advantage).

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar IT system administration role - Must
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server 2016/2019, and Office products - Must
• Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting - Must
• Familiarity with NTFS / CIFS and SHARE permissions - Must
• Solid understanding of networking principles, including switches and routing - Must
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities - Must
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to new technologies and tools.
• Fluent English – spoken and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and production environment management (GPO, WAF, Monitoring) - Must
• Experience with Linux systems.
• Knowledge of logistics processes (shipping, customs, safety forms).
• Relevant technical certifications and professional training courses.
