Are you passionate about animal care and team leadership?
Join one of Israel’s largest veterinary clinic networks as a Head Nurse and take on a key role combining medical expertise, management, and operations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a team of veterinary nurses
Work closely with veterinarians to ensure top-quality care
Oversee treatment rooms, surgical procedures, and hospitalized patients
Maintain and implement clinical protocols and workflows
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a strong focus on service and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in medical or nursing roles (Certified Nurse, Veterinarian, EMT, or similar) – mandatory
Team leadership or management experience – strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
