Role Overview

• Lead and manage our e-commerce activity across international markets.
• Launch and operate new online stores on multiple platforms while expanding into additional marketplaces.
• Work with data to analyze performance, identify trends, and support decision-making based on clear insights.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including sourcing new products and exploring growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to strengthen our digital presence, including activity on emerging platforms such as TikTok Shop.
• Take part in a variety of new and upcoming projects as we continue to scale.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience in e-commerce — must.
• Experience with Amazon marketplace — strong advantage.
• Ability to work with data and translate it into actionable business insights (no analytical background required).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and audience dynamics — advantage.
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and the ability to manage end-to-end processes.
• High-level English skills.

Location: Central Israel

Position: Full-time

Salary Range: 12–14K ILS, depending on experience
