We are seeking a Financial Director for a full-time, remote position. The Financial Director will oversee the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and compliance reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, managing risks, supervising accounting processes, and ensuring cost-effective operations. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial strategies for business expansion and profitability. The Financial Director will play a key role in driving the company's financial success and sustainability.

• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Strong skills in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management
• Experience in team leadership, stakeholder communication, and decision-making
• Familiarity with accounting software, data analysis, and financial modeling tools
• Expertise in strategic planning and cost optimization strategies
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA qualification is an advantage
• Knowledge of the iGaming industry and performance marketing is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment
