We’re looking for a VP of Finance to join a fast-growing retail/DTC company role in Chattanooga, TN. This executive role reports directly to the CEO and is perfect for a hands-on finance leader who thrives in high-growth, data-driven environments.

In this role, you will:

• Lead FP&A, accounting, reporting, and audit readiness

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and financial planning

• Manage cash flow, capital structure, banking relationships, and M&A

• Improve financial discipline, margins, and operational efficiency

• Partner with the CEO & leadership on strategy and long-term growth

• Build and develop a high-performing finance team

• Present financial insights to the board and investors

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership (5+ at executive level)

• Experience in consumer subscription, eCommerce, or DTC environments

• Strong FP&A, GAAP accounting, and capital management expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA a plus)

• A strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented leader
