Role Title: Software Engineer - Java
Location: Warsaw, hybrid
Contract Type: B2B, 12 months inital contract
Salary: 1200zl-1400zl/day
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable trade booking and control platforms.
- Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective software solutions.
Technical Skillset
- Core Languages: Java (required), with additional experience in Python or C++ preferred
- Databases: Hazelcast, MongoDB, SingleStore, Google Spanner
- Build & CI/CD: GitLab
- Monitoring & Reliability: Prometheus, and familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices
- Frameworks: Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring
- Development Practices: TDD, CI/CD, performance tuning, distributed systems
