New Product Introduction Engineer

NPI / Product Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced NPI / Product Engineer to join a leading high-tech company developing multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electronics, and software).

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage product documentation, BOMs, jigs, and tools.
• Act as the technical focal point between R&D, engineering, quality, and suppliers.
• Manage engineering activities with subcontractors and Turn-Key vendors (local & overseas).
• Lead ECO processes, FAIs, and validation of manufacturing processes.
• Support design for manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide technical support for production and testing stages.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering of multidisciplinary products.
• Hands-on experience in product design and project management.
• Proven experience working with subcontractors and Turn-Key projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player.
