Jira Solution Specialist

We are looking for a Jira Solution Specialist to support our R&D, Product, DevOps and support teams by optimizing our use with the system. Are you passionate about process efficiency, automation, and enabling agile delivery at scale? Your place is with us.

Responsibilities

• :Administer and configure JIRA and Confluence Software to support Agile delivery across multiple development teams
• .Design and maintain workflows, custom fields, screens, and automation rules to optimize productivity
• .Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into JIRA configurations
• .Manage integrations between JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins
• .Develop dashboards and reports to track sprint progress, KPIs, and release metrics
• .Maintain system security, roles, and permissions in alignment with organizational policies
• .Support end users and provide training to ensure consistent and efficient tool usage

.Requirements

• :At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a JIRA Administrator
• .Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• .Proven experience designing and maintaining complex JIRA projects and workflows
• .Experience with JIRA integrations for CI/CD, DevOps, or test management tools - an advantage
• .Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
