Electro Mechanical Technician

A rapidly scaling robotics startup in Tel Aviv is seeking a hands-on Robot Assembly & Installation Technician to join its innovative engineering team.

The company develops autonomous robotic platforms for high-rise maintenance and cleaning, leveraging advanced AI technologies to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and test robotic systems integrating mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
• Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and routine repairs.
• Support engineering teams with system integration activities and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both lab and field settings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in system assembly or field installation (e.g., robotics, drones, or other electromechanical systems).
• Strong hands-on abilities and excellent attention to detail.
• Technical background from a relevant military unit or industrial setting.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic electronics.
• B.Sc. in Engineering — an advantage.
• Experience in an elite military unit in a mechanical/electronic role — an advantage.
