Job Summary:

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a product specialist to map and implement new drugs in the field of oncology.

Location: Central-South region, Israel

Main Responsibilities:

• Implementing a marketing plan – combined work in the field and in the office.
• Building professional collaborations with health professionals: oncologists, nurses, interns and others.
• Identifying needs from the field and opportunities for collaboration.
• Identifying future challenges and proactively searching for solutions and initiatives to deal with them.
• Initiate and lead new projects in accordance with strategy and insights from the field, such as: Patient & Customer Journey, digital tools, market research, professional support in treatment management, Launch Excellence.
• Analyze, prepare and present project status, deliverables and results.
• Work in close collaboration with the product manager and medical team.

Requirements:

• Graduate with a science degree – required
• Previous experience as a medical representative/product specialist in an international pharmaceutical company – required
• Previous experience in oncology/hematology – an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multi-faceted team
• Fluent communication and representative presence
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex therapeutic areas with a scientific approach
• Digital orientation and proven experience working in a digital environment
• Excellent English –must
