ERP Implementation Specialist

Position: ERP Implementation Specialist (Tafnit - Matrix ERP)

We are looking for an experience as ERP Implementation Specialist with hands-on expertise in Tafnit (Matrix ERP) to lead and support key organizational projects.

Role Overview:

This position involves managing cross-organizational ERP projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements of the Tafnit platform. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Tafnit ERP system, ensuring its stability and performance.
• Provide ongoing user support across departments, including system adaptations and training.
• Analyze and document business processes; create functional specifications aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate work with the external supplier (Matrix) and manage internal interfaces.
• Oversee projects end-to-end — from initiation through go-live.
• Build and execute project plans, while meeting timelines, deliverables, and budget goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management – mandatory.
• Strong experience in business process analysis and functional specification writing – mandatory.
• Practical experience with ERP systems (preferably Tafnit) – advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems – advantage.
• Financial background – advantage.
