ABOUT THE ROLE - Bookkeeper (Level 3)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper (Level 3) to manage all bookkeeping operations for both ENvue’s Israeli and U.S. entities. This position covers end-to-end accounting responsibility - from vendor management to reporting and reconciliations - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a global environment. The role requires a dependable, hands-on professional who can independently manage a dynamic, fast-paced finance function and work closely with the CFO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting Operations

• Full responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping for ENvue Israel and ENvue U.S. entities -from transaction recording through trial balance.
• Manage all vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments (local and international).
• Handle bank reconciliations, credit card analysis, and expense reports.
• Process supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and approvals for global suppliers.
• Manage monthly VAT, income tax, and National Insurance filings with Israeli authorities.
• Prepare reports and reconciliations for auditors and management.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date ledgers and ensure full audit readiness.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the CFO and Controller to support month-end closing and reporting.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and service providers globally to ensure accurateand timely payments.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and pension institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Bookkeeper - Level 3 (mandatory).
• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a global or high-tech company.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (Priority preferred).
• Proven experience in Israeli tax reporting - VAT, income tax, and National Insurance.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) - required.
• Experience handling both Israeli and global suppliers and payments.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting public or Nasdaq-listed companies.
• Familiarity with multi-currency environments and intercompany transactions.
• Exposure to financial audits and preparation of schedules to trial balance
