We are seeking an experienced and hands-on System Team Leader to join our IT infrastructure division. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team of System, DevOps, and DBA engineers, overseeing the operation and optimization of complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization’s core systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee databases, storage systems, backups, and recovery processes.
• Plan, design, and execute technological projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
• Implement and enhance DevOps practices across the organization.
• Lead and mentor a professional team, ensuring operational excellence and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration - Must
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team in a large organization - Must
• Proven experience leading integration or cross-functional technical teams - Must
• Deep understanding of operating systems, databases, storage, and backup technologies - Must
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies - Must
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
