Engineering Tech Lead

We are looking for a highly passionate, skilled, and experienced Tech Lead to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a key technical leader within the engineering ggroup, working cross-functionally and driving high-impact initiatives across services and components
• Take end-to-end ownership of core microservices and codebase, including architecture, development, testing, and deployment
• Partner closely with the R&D Manager to shape technical strategy, influence engineering best practices, and ensure smooth execution across the team
• Design and review system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Lead the development of new features in collaboration with Product, ensuring seamless integration and customer-focused delivery
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of technical excellence and knowledge-sharing
• Participate in an Agile, delivery-focused environment, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality releases

What you’ll need:

• 7+ years of experience as a Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS
• Experience with UI development (preferably React)
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Proven experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
• Experience with queues/streaming systems (e.g., Redis Streams, SQS, Kafka)
• Background in data-intensive applications and data-driven development
• Experience mentoring developers, driving technical decisions, and leading architecture discussions
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead (hands-on) - an advantage
