🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Backend Developer – Future Core Division

Our Future Core Division is designing and building the next generation of core financial systems, introducing new core products, modernizing critical legacy platforms, and leveraging advanced AI tools to transition into a fully distributed, cloud-native architecture.

This move from traditional legacy environments to modern, cloud-based, distributed systems is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the future infrastructure and core applications of a top financial institution.

✅ About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to take part in technological leadership, research, architecture, and development of the organization’s future core systems.

You will:

• Design and build highly available distributed systems using microservices architecture
• Plan and implement Non-Functional Requirements as part of system engineering
• Develop using Java/Spring, working with Docker & Kubernetes
• Define integration flows between systems (sync / async / batch)
• Architect REST-based services and asynchronous messaging solutions
• Work with AWS cloud services across the ecosystem
• Develop AWS Lambda Functions (Python – an advantage)
• Use AI Assistants and Vibe Coding tools as part of the development process
• Contribute to building application-level infrastructure and system integrations

• A natural Tech Lead with strong technical curiosity and fast learning ability
• Excited to build innovative solutions for complex challenges
• Experienced with 3+ years of hands-on software development
• Proficient in AWS cloud environments and managed services
• A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration
• Independent, responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Service-minded with a sense of ownership
