As a Data Scientist at Menora Mivtachim, you will drive the development of statistical models and machine learning solutions that support the company’s core insurance activities.

The role involves working with large and complex datasets, building predictive models for pricing, risk assessment, and fraud detection, and partnering with business and technical teams to transform strategic needs into actionable, scalable analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning and statistical models across various insurance domains.
• Analyze large, multi-source datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Build and maintain predictive tools for pricing, risk evaluation, and fraud detection.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Deploy analytical models into production environments and monitor performance.
• Research and implement innovative technologies in data science, AI, and big data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering with an analytics focus.
• 2–5 years of experience in Data Science.
• Significant advantage: Master's degree , experience in insurance, actuarial domains, or risk management.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
• Experience deploying ML models to production environments
• Knowledge of LLM, NLP, Data Mining and Big Data Analytics
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) – advantage
