Wanted: Senior System Team Leader for a Leading Organization!

We are looking for an experienced infrastructure professional, with broad systemic vision and strong technological leadership abilities, for a challenging and meaningful managerial position in a large, dynamic, and technologically advanced organization.

What is it about?

A position that includes full responsibility for managing and operating the organization’s core systems, managing databases and storage, planning and executing backups and recoveries, leading end-to-end technological projects, solving complex issues, and improving performance.

You will work with external vendors, lead innovation processes and the implementation of advanced DevOps practices, and manage a professional and skilled team of System, DevOps, and DBA engineers.

What are we looking for?

✅ At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure – required

✅ At least 3 years of managerial experience leading teams in a large organization – required

✅ In-depth knowledge of operating systems, databases, storage, and backups

✅ Proven experience with DevOps processes and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

✅ Ability to lead complex projects, creative thinking, and solving technical problems

✅ High level of service orientation, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
