We are searching for the best talent for Supervisor Quality Systems position for our Ness Ziona site.

In This Role You Will Be

• Responsible for the Quality System processes at Omrix of Document Control, Change Control, Record Retention, Standards Management and management and effectiveness of the NC & CAPA processes.
• Drive people leadership agenda, seeking for team growth and development and driving high performance teams based on our Credo and the Leadership imperatives values
• Supervises the implementation and administration of quality management systems in accordance with applicable standards.
• Compiles data and prepares reports on system effectiveness for management.
• Serves as participant in management reviews, third party inspections and internal audits.
• Deep understanding of HR employees' life cycle business processes and policies and valuates performance and provides opportunities for growth of direct reports.
• Drive business operation excellence according to JJPS/JJOS methodology
• Budget management and Financial planning when applicable.
• Organize and lead the Data Review Boards (DRB) and organize relevant data for management review and deep dives.
• Assist in the development of Quality Metrics in order to achieve company's Quality goals.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
• Act in compliance with Israel labor law regulation, J&J values and code of conduct
• Performs other duties assigned as needed
  
  

• A minimum of a BSc is required focused on Life Science, MBA is preferred.
• Strong Quality background including previous roles
• Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field is an advantage
• Experience in people management an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to deliver results in a highly pressurized environment
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners and influence on management in a matrix based organization
• Build strong cross functional partnership, interfaces, and communication
• Lead in a matrix organization
