Senior Bookkeeper

Description

Elsight is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and take full ownership of in-house bookkeeping across our global operations.

This is the company’s first and only in-house bookkeeping role, offering full ownership of all bookkeeping activities.

In this role, you will manage full cycle accounting up to the balance sheet, ensure compliance and accuracy, and support the company’s financial processes as we continue to scale globally.

You will… 

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping across global entities, including reconciliations, invoicing, and payments.
• Own payroll, tax compliance, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT reports, month-end entries, and audit materials.
• Collaborate with accountants, auditors, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Continuously optimize accounting processes and controls.
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3) and hands-on payroll experience.
• 7+ years of bookkeeping experience up to balance sheet level, preferably in a tech or global company.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills – must.
• Proven collaboration with external accountants and auditors.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
