Bookkeeper

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling suppliers both in Israel and abroad, including new entities.

Job Description

• Managing accounts payable for local and international suppliers
• This role combines day-to-day bookkeeping and working with interfaces inside and outside the organization
• Recording and managing travel abroad expenses (Mesh)
• Performing bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations
• Preparing supplier payments and submitting reports to authorities
• Working with Priority & NetSuite
• Assisting the Chief Bookkeeper of the parent company
• Handling bookkeeping operations for the new entity
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2/3) – required
• 3-5 years' experience as Bookkeeper
• Proven experience with suppliers (domestic and international) – required
• Proficiency in Priority – required
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational ability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
