AI Tech Lead

We’re looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to drive the adoption and scaling of AI technologies across the organization. In this role, you'll lead the technical implementation of AI solutions, design scalable architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive AI Adoption: Lead the integration of Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies across the company.
• Architect AI Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with matrix teams (Data Scientists, Engineers, business units) to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide professional guidance on AI best practices, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
• Innovation: Identify and implement innovative AI solutions that drive business value.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on cloud deployment, architecture design, and technology adoption.
• Strong expertise in Python and/or R, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying scalable AI systems.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix management environment, leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
