Comblack is hiring a CRM Project Manager!
The role includes leading large-scale technological projects in the field of national CRM systems, managing schedules, resources, and budgets, and coordinating between multiple teams and vendors. This is an excellent opportunity to take part in innovative, high-impact digital projects with national significance.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 4 years of experience in managing IT and technology projects
- Proven experience managing CRM projects and working in a Salesforce environment – mandatory
- Background in analyzing complex systems and writing business and technical specifications
- Knowledge of data models, interface design, and ERD diagrams
- Salesforce Admin certification – a strong advantage
