Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Full-Stack Developer with strong leadership skills - someone who can take ownership, lead initiatives, guide teammates, and drive projects to success in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new features and improvements for our SaaS application.
• Develop across the stack- frontend and backend.
• Drive technical planning, architecture, and decision-making.
• Mentor and coach junior developers; delegate and follow up on tasks.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Support CI/CD processes and optimize cloud resources.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• 3+ years of proven hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong backend experience in Python, Go, or Node.js (PHP - advantage).
• Solid experience with React or Vue.js.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Proven experience leading projects or mentoring teammates.
• Excellent SQL and MySQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (university preferred; exceptional college graduates considered) OR equivalent proven experience.

Please note: This is a senior role requiring at least 4 years of proven full-stack development experience with modern backend (Python, Go, or Node.js) and frontend frameworks (React or Vue.js). Applications without relevant experience in these technologies will not be considered.
