We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Planning Manager to join our company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Planning/Operations roles within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in data-driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, NPI (New Product Introduction), and material planning systems.
• Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems, AI-driven tools, and data analysis platforms for supply chain management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
  

• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing people and tasks in a matrix environment.
• Highly independent, proactive, and responsible.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong execution skills.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management (or equivalent practical experience).
  
  

• Lead supply and demand planning for all company products.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor production plans, balancing business opportunities with potential risks.
• Build and manage ERP-based planning tools to support operational efficiency.
• Create and manage internal demand processes within the ERP system.
• Coordinate and oversee material movements between global production sites.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) by implementing new products into the ERP system.
• Manage product lifecycle activities in Agile, including finished goods item management.
• Gather requirements from internal teams and collaborate with the information systems team to develop new tools and enhance existing ones.
