What will you be doing :

• Provide ongoing legal counsel on a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including negotiation and drafting of agreements with customers, business partners, suppliers, and vendors.
• Advise on information technology, commercial, privacy, financial, and payments regulatory matters.
• Support internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, HR, etc.) with practical legal guidance aligned with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external counsel in Israel and internationally.
• Maintain and continuously improve the company’s legal templates, playbooks, and contracting processes.
• Design and implement scalable legal and compliance processes that align with company policies.
• Advise on global privacy and data protection compliance, including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations.
• Handle and assist with ad-hoc legal projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide pragmatic legal input on complex commercial and operational challenges.

Requirments:

• Israeli qualified lawyer with an active license to practice
• 4–5 years of experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or a top-tier law firm advising tech clients.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements independently.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, fintech, data, and/or payments ecosystems.
• Experience in privacy, data protection, and/or regulatory compliance is an advantage.
• Excellent commercial judgment and business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
